The meeting room is more popular for events such as meetings and training sessions. It contains a wide screen television, an OHP, 4 whiteboards, tables and chairs. The meeting room holds up to 30 people seated. This room isn’t preferred among people that require wheelchair access as it is situated on the 2nd floor.
The conference room is ideal for people with walking disabilities as it has a wheelchair ramp and wide doors for easy access The conference room is usually hired for bigger parties or events in which catering is needed. It is spacious and holds 140 people seated and 170 standing (as in cocktail style parties). It has a plasma TV fitted. Through the conference room, garden access is also available and garden parties can also be arranged in advance. Any other needs of equipment or table layout may be arranged prior to the event.
